Edwardian Souvenir Of Midsummer Night's Dream Sterling Silver Vesta Case 1905

This is a lovely antique sterling silver Vesta Case made by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd.
The case is an Edwardian-era souvenir from the 1905 performance of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream at the Adelphi Theatre in London.
The cover features an embossed image of Titania and Bottom, while the reverse has the inscription, "With Otho Stuart's Compliments".

Maker: Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd

Hallmarks: London mark, letter "k"-1905

It measures about 4.2cm x 3.4cm x 0.5cm

Total Weight: 13 grams

It is in excellent condition for its age; the hinge spring is missing.
It will need a good cleaning. It comes in the original conditions as found.
