Sterling Silver Scalloped Caviar Dish By William Suckling Ltd 1927

This is a gorgeous antique sterling silver bowl from William Suckling Ltd, made in Birmingham in 1927.

It was probably used for caviar, but it is perfect for storing small jewellery items or serving small sweets.
The bowl has a stunning scallop shape, three ball feet, and a lip handle.

Although the silver is shiny, it requires a good cleaning.
Additionally, the shell bowl is slightly indented on the inside where two of the ball feet are located.

Maker: William Suckling Ltd

Hallmarks: Birmingham mark, letter "C"-1927

It measures about 9.9cm x 8cm x 2cm.
