Antique Tunbridge Ware Pin Cushion & Thread Waxer With Original Makers Label

Beautiful and good quality antique Tunbridge Ware.
It is in fantastic condition for its original age, but the cushion on the top is a bit faded.

The turned Tunbridge ware holder is complete with its original wax section marked by the threads,
The wood sections are of various kinds of wood in the original polish finish and have no losses or repairs.

The pin cushion has the original label on the base: Edmund NYE, Manufacturer; Mount Ephraim & Parade.

Parade and Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells; Tunbridge-ware maker and print publisher (b.1797-d.1863)

The pin cushion measures: 4.3cm H x 2.3cm across.
